Citrus Community College Hayden Hall Improvements

Project work consists of a complete demo of the interior building of Hay-den Hall, to perform renovations and seismic upgrades of the existing historical building at Citrus College. Interior work consisted of demo existing interior finishes, electrical, HVAC System, and plumbing, and installing new Finishes and MEPs.

Delivery Challenges

Furnishing new conference area with conference table and projection screens. Exterior work was to construct brand new building entrance with steps, guardrails, landscape and irrigation, doors, windows, and re-plaster and paint entire building, in addition brand new roofing, metal trimming and sheet metal.
