Claremont High School New Student Center Building construction
This project involved the ground-up construction of a new two-story Student Center at Claremont High School. The Facility features a fully equipped kitchen, a multi-purpose room, and six state-of-the-art smart classrooms designed to support modern educational needs.
The scope of work included multiple construction trades such as demolition, grad-ing, site utilities, plumbing, structural steel, glazing, mechanical systems, and electrical including low voltage systems. Interior finishes consisted of wood ceil-ings, gypsum board installation, interior painting, and the installation of classroom accessories to complete the learning environment.
Delivery Challenges
A ground-up two-story student center featuring instructional, food service, and multipurpose space, delivered through coordination of utilities, structural systems, interiors, and specialty finishes. The project represents Horizons’ experience in education-focused vertical construction and in building environments designed to support both daily student life and long-term institutional value.
