Horizons Construction was awarded the contract to develop Los Amigos Park for the City of Rancho Cucamonga and successfully completed the project on time and within budget. This initiative aimed to transform a new site into a vibrant recreational space for the surrounding community. The scope of work began with the demolition and grading of the undeveloped land to prepare it for park construction. Key elements of the project included the installation of a new skate park, a large multi-use field, and two modern playground structures designed for children of various age groups.
Additional features of the park include a decorative water fountain with supporting infrastructure, the construction of a new parking lot to accommodate visitors, and a restroom and storage facility to support ongoing park operations. All work was completed in alignment with the City’s standards for public spaces, ensuring accessibility, durability, and long-term value.
Los Amigos Park now serves as a dynamic outdoor destination, offering residents a variety of recreational amenities and a welcoming environment. The city and community have ex-pressed strong satisfaction with the results delivered by Horizons Construction.
