Project

Moreno Valley Amphitheater

Horizons Construction completed the Moreno Valley Amphitheater on time and within budget. The project transformed vacant land into a multi-level, stadium-style venue for public performances.

Work included demolition, grading, amphitheater construction, and exterior concrete with staircases and handrails. The scope also covered a new parking lot, landscaping, irrigation, electrical systems, lighting, and essential underground utilities. The completed facility is now a functional and valued performance space for the City of Moreno Valley.

Delivery Challenges
